Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across multiple platforms Manage and optimize API gateways and integration layers using tools like Apache Kafka and Kong Oversee system integrations within banking and financial ecosystems Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, business) to ensure smooth integration delivery Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integration services Define integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues Lead and mentor integration teams and manage project delivery timelines
Requirements8+ years of experience in enterprise integration / middleware / API management Strong hands-on experience with:Apache Kafka (event streaming & messaging) Kong (API management) Solid experience in banking systems / financial services integrations Strong knowledge of:Microservices architecture RESTful APIs & web services Integration patterns (ESB, event-driven architecture) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure is a plus) Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
