Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting into our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guest orders ensuring consistent quality developing and mentoring the team and ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence consistently.

2 to 3 years as a Chef de Cuisine within the Luxury Hotels environment ideally within the UAE, KSA, UK, India, China or Maldives. a good strong cooking knowledge of Cantonese, Shandong, Jiangsu and Sichuan cuisines.
