We are hiring a Odoo Presales to support our sales team in designing and positioning high-impact Odoo ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a presales professional with strong ERP expertise, excellent presentation skills, and experience leading complex customer engagements.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Lead presales engagements with prospective customers to understand business needs and challenges
• Translate requirements into scalable Odoo ERP solutions and architectures
• Deliver executive-level demos, workshops, and solution presentations
• Prepare proposals, scope of work (SOW), and high-level effort estimations
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, POCs, and technical discussions
• Collaborate closely with sales, functional, and technical teams
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and digital transformation
???? Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Odoo Functional Certification (Required)
• 3+ years’ experience in ERP Presales or Functional Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Projects,etc...)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English & Arabic

• Experience across Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, or Hospitality
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP implementation methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
