Roles & Responsibilities
Support PMO governance activities across multiple technology programmes, ensuring adherence to established frameworks and standards
Assist in maintaining programme plans, timelines, and status tracking
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Support resource tracking, prioritization, and workload visibility
Maintain programme documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Track risks and issues, escalating where necessaryContribute to reporting dashboards and performance insights
Desired Candidate Profile
A technology PMO professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in programme or project management environments.
Experienced in supporting or leading PMO activities within technology or digital delivery contexts.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to enable coordination and delivery discipline.
Able to apply structured approaches to planning, tracking, and reporting within technology programmes.
Familiar with working in complex, delivery focused environments.
