We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our clients' paid advertising and team management. You will bridge the gap between creative production and technical performance.
Key Responsibilities:Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Lead the creative team (Designer & Content Creator) to ensure high-quality output. Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to the management. Directly communicate with clients regarding technical feedback and campaign results.
Requirements:Proven experience as a Media Buyer (Experience with Medical/Clinic accounts is mandatory). Leadership skills to manage workflows and deadlines. Deep understanding of Lead Generation and Sales Funnels. Analytical mindset to interpret data and improve ROI.
Compensation:Fixed Monthly Salary (Based on experience). Performance incentives.
