The Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering and developing effective After sales, customer service, non-technical and technical training programs to employees and external customers ensuring they acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their job duties.
Training Delivery:
- Delivers engaging and effective Aftersales (non-technical) training sessions, ensuring participants achieve learning objectives.
- Utilizes diverse training methods and tools to accommodate various learning styles.
- Manages the training environment to foster a positive and interactive learning experience.
- Communicates customer service and technical information clearly and concisely, providing effective demonstrations and guidance.
- Responds to participant inquiries and provides constructive feedback.
Curriculum and Content Development:
- Collaborate to identify training needs through skills gap analysis.
- Develop and maintain accurate and engaging training materials.
- Ensure content is technically accurate, relevant, and aligned with best practices and OEM recommendations.
- Adapts Aftersales content to meet specific audience and learning requirements.
Maintaining and Caring for the Training Room/Workshop:
- Ensures the training room/workshop is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
- Reports training room or workshop needs of tools and consumables.
- Regularly checks and reports any issues with training room or workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.
- Ensures the Training room/workshop layout facilitates effective training delivery and participant safety.
- Adheres to all HSE regulations and protocols within the training workshop.
