- Act as a liaison between NTG and third party partners.
- Lead and arrange all requirements needed from partners with internal stakeholders e.g: Sales, Operations, Finance and Technology.
- Create a CPS and work flow for assigned projects.
- Coordinate and follow up on the execution of the projects.
- Track project progress with stakeholders especially Sales Force and report back to Commercial Director incase of hurdles or escalation points.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
- Assist in preparing contracts, and client communications.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
