Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in FF&E procurement, coordination, and project support within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn the ins and outs of interior fit-outs, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the planning, selection, and specification of FF&E components aligned with project design intent and budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain quotes, lead times, samples, and order confirmations.
  • Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules, cut sheets, and procurement logs to track status, costs, and delivery timelines.
  • Support site coordination during installation, including delivery scheduling, on-site inspections, and issue resolution.
  • Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and warranty information for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the development of procurement-related documentation, including RFPs, vendor qualifications, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with design, project management, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and client requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files, ensuring version control and auditability.
  • Support sustainability and cost-control initiatives by researching durable, maintainable, and value-driven FF&E options.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Entry-level to junior experience in FF&E, procurement, or related project coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic; ability to communicate with international suppliers is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software or BIM tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product data sheets.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites or supplier locations as needed.
