Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform release tests on production samples (thickness, color, weight, leakage, drop test, etc.)
  • Conduct routine chemical and physical laboratory tests
  • Record and analyze test results accurately
  • Prepare daily and weekly quality reports
  • Monitor mold issues and coordinate with maintenance
  • Review orders on SAP and report discrepancies
  • Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers
  • Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment
  • Follow quality, safety, and hygiene standards
