Job Description

This is a full-time, office-based position for an Account Manager in Giza, Egypt. 

The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships. 

Responsibilities include developing and implementing account strategies, managing operations, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions. 

The role also involves regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance.

Qualifications

Strong business management and client relations skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Knowledge of marketing and brand building, with experience in developing and implementing customized marketing strategies. 

Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple tasks.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas.

Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and techniques is an asset.

Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in marketing or advertising is an asset.
