Our company is a leading industrial player specializing in steel fabrication and pressure vessel manufacturing. We seek a dynamic and results-oriented # Administrative_Assistant to join our team.

An #Administrative_ Assistant who will be responsible at our factory for providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professional etiquette, handling clerical tasks, and assisting with executive administrative duties. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplies and maintain compliance at the factory.
  • Organize and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensure timely responses, and provide support.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for work orders and various projects, coordinating with team members as necessary.
  • Operate copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, distribute memos and reports, and ensure that everyone is kept current on necessary company news.
