Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and institutions).
  • Negotiation: Negotiate trade terms, pricing, volume, and contract terms.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to improve market position.
  • Collaboration: Work with supply chain, marketing, and production teams to ensure proper inventory levels and promotions.
