  • Day-to-day operations, responsible for supporting all import and export activities.
  • Handling operations, daily follow up with Carrier/Agents for shipments arrival date.
  • Follow up shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with Customers.
  • Prepare shipping instructions and coordinate shipments with shipping Air lines.
  • Send arrival notice to customers.
  • Coordinates with customs business unit (CBU) team and the customer the needed documents for clearance scope
  • Identifies with the customer the best stuffing date based on vessel cut off dates & cargo readiness
  • Ensures freight is linked/booked with an appropriate departure in order to meet cargo readiness date
  • Handling the inbound shipments (FCL, LCL, Air, RORO vessels and so on).
  • Archive the shipping docs
