  • Preparing security plans for sites
  • Preparing a plan for the requirements of the personal tasks of the facility's employees
  • Analyzing and evaluating potential risks, disasters and industrial accidents, preparing emergency and crisis response plans and training workers on them.
  • Activating the site's security plan and indicating its validity and gaps.
  • Developing the functional tasks of the security points in the sites.
  • To regularly assess team members knowledge and expertise
  • To assist with training of all new staff
  • Report all systems faults as per callout procedures
  • To manage communications between Team Members on site and maintain up to date contact lists
  • To complete a shift handover report for each shift 
  • To allocate staff to duties and evenly distribute demand for extra work among the team
  • Follow-up cases of non-conformity that appear during the reviews and ensure the effectiveness of the necessary corrective and preventive measures.
  • Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyzing data on work accidents and injuries, occupational diseases and serious accidents, and drawing the necessary recommendations to prevent the recurrence of work accidents and injuries.
  • Collecting and analyzing security data to determine the security needs and objectives of the security program or the achievements of the program
  • Identify the risks in the work environment in terms of their characteristics, sources, methods of exposure of workers to risks and their effects on the health of workers and the economics of the establishment.
  • Preparing work permits before starting the procedures for maintenance and repairs that are likely to cause danger to the safety and security of the facility and its employees.
  • Reviewing the movement of movables and matching them with the books and permits required for them, along with reviewing the weekly inventory submitted by the security companies
  • Presenting the monthly report on the security performance evaluation of the security companies at each site.
  • Preparing reports on the daily incidents at each site and the findings of the investigations into those incidents.
  • Organizing Security Systems and Plans
  • Accurately recording of all movements in and out of the facilities 
  • Acts as a troubleshooter for any problems that might arise during the shift
