Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Giza. The Telesales Specialist will engage potential and existing clients over the phone to promote and sell training programs and services. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client needs, providing excellent customer support, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves maintaining a strong knowledge of the company’s offerings and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure a positive client experience and address client needs effectively Excellent Communication skills to engage clients professionally and persuasively during phone interactions Sales skills to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets Experience or willingness to learn about training and educational programs to better understand and promote the company’s offerings Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client interactions and meet deadlines Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
