Role Overview:Augustus Media is looking for a curious and driven Ad Ops / Media Buyer Executive to join our growing team. You'll work across paid media, programmatic, social monetization, and CTV, supporting campaign execution, optimizing ad delivery, and helping unlock new revenue opportunities across Smashi TV's digital inventory. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow fast in a hands-on, multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, programmatic, and other relevant channels Manage and allocate budgets to meet CPA and CPM targets Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign relevance Monitor campaign performance daily and implement real-time optimizations Negotiate and manage media placements with publishers, networks, and ad platforms Manage and optimize programmatic advertising using Google Ad Manager and Prebid Ensure proper ad tag implementation and troubleshoot issues across web, app, and CTV platforms Monitor key metrics (CPM, fill rate, viewability) and deliver regular performance reports to internal stakeholders Oversee monetization on You Tube AdSense, Facebook In-Stream Ads, Tik Tok Pulse, and Snapchat Partner Program Support video ad serving for Smashi TV (CTV, livestreams, and VOD) via Spring Serve or similar platforms Align ad delivery strategies with editorial and commercial goals in collaboration with content and sales teams Identify target audiences and ensure the right channels and content mix for each campaign Identify and propose new monetization opportunities across digital inventory Stay up to date with industry trends and explore new tools and platforms to drive incremental revenue
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Media Buying, Ad Operations, or Digital Advertising., preferably within a digital media or publishing environment. Solid knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Prebid, and the programmatic ecosystem. Familiarity with social media monetization tools and platform dashboards (You Tube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, Tik Tok Ads Manager, etc.). Experience with mobile ad serving and mobile measurement partners (MMPs). Understanding of ad tag structures, basic HTML, and ad troubleshooting tools. Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data interpretation skills. Organized, dependable, and solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Arabic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and managing multiple priorities.
