  • Define and scope improvement opportunities.
  • Drive the momentum of each process improvement project forward, on schedule, and under budget where applicable.
  • Participate in and develop Lean activities (Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
    Devise and Establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
  • Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.
  • Plan Internal Audit.
  • Participate and apply necessary technical skills (DMAIC, Lean) to deliver improvement results.
     
  • Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
  • Coach plant personnel on Six Sigma, Lean tools.
  • Employ overall Quality knowledge and concepts when working through initiatives.
