Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage office correspondence, organize documents, schedule appointments, and maintain meticulous records.
  • Support Operations:  data entry in excel sheets, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate clear and effective communication internally.
  • Shipping companies: dEaling with shipping companies.

 

Skills & Technologies: excel, emal, whatsapp business, calls.
