Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needs
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for call center roles (English & Arabic profiles)
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets
- Post job ads on various platforms and utilize different sourcing channels
- Handle candidate communication and provide a positive hiring experience
