Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager, based in Ad-Duqqi. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects. Responsibilities include leading project coordination, reviewing and managing submittals, creating and overseeing construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles. The role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication with clients to meet project goals.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Coordination and managing project timelines and resources Experience with Submittals and ensuring alignment with project requirements and deadlines Strong skills in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and sustainability practices Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit) and project management tools Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Professional licensure in Architecture is preferred but not required15+ years of experience in consulting
