  • Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
  • Coordinate transportation (international shipments)
  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders and transport vendors
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with production and procurement teams
  • Minimize stock discrepancies and obsolescence
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Optimize logistics processes and workflows
  • Implement KPIs (OTIF, lead time, cost per shipment, etc.)
  • Ensure continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
  • Handle shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs)
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
