Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored HR solutions to meet their goals. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing service delivery, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring account performance, preparing detailed reports, and providing strategic guidance to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Data Interpretation skills Knowledge of HR Processes, Talent Management, and Employer Solutions is highly desirable Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and human-centric environment Leadership qualities and team management experience are highly advantageous Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
