Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Beni Suef for a Factory Manager. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising production planning, managing operational workflows, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring that manufacturing meets established targets. The role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop the production team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Proficiency in Production Planning and expertise in formulating effective production schedules Strong experience in Production Management and Manufacturing Operations In-depth knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards Competence in Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient workflows Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus
