Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Supervisor will lead a team to achieve sales targets, manage customer relationships, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day sales operations, monitoring performance, providing training to team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to optimize sales strategies and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, develop, and motivate a sales team effectively Exemplary Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients, build relationships, and facilitate seamless interactions Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, sales data, and market trends for informed decision-making Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry and working knowledge of the local market is a strong asset
