  • Manage end-to-end export logistics operations from factory to final destination
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders (sea & air) and shipping lines for bookings and schedules
  • Prepare and review all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.)
  • Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant clearance processes
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any logistics or delivery issues
  • Ensure timely deliveries while optimizing cost efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with international clients and internal departments
