???? We’re Hiring: Garments Merchandiser
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Garments Merchandiser to join our team and act as the key link between clients and production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact with clients and manage all communications
- Handle order confirmation and follow up orders from development to shipment
- Coordinate with technical, sourcing, BOM, and production teams
- Follow up on sample development and review samples before submission to clients
- Prepare and update critical path, delivery schedules, and order tracking sheets
- Attend planning and scheduling meetings to ensure smooth production flow
- Work on pricing for new styles and align with sourcing for lead time & cost.
- Follow up on shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Transfer customer feedback regarding quality and service to relevant teams.
- Prepare internal documentation and support reporting when needed.
