Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Team Leader in Tele Sales. The Team Leader will oversee the performance of the tele sales team to achieve sales targets, provide guidance, and implement strategies for meeting objectives. Key responsibilities include training and motivating team members, monitoring calls for quality, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring the team delivers an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves reporting on performance metrics, ensuring adherence to company policies, and collaborating with management to improve processes and results.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs. Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to lead, inspire, and support tele sales teams. Proven Sales skills to guide and motivate the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in tele sales or a related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field is advantageous.
