Partner with managers to support business objectives and workforce needs.
Support and participate in the recruitment process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Support performance reviews and development plans (PIPs).
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism) and recommend actions.
Participate in workforce planning and organizational development.
Handle employee relations cases and ensure fair policy implementation.
Support change management and organizational initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
