Job Summary:This role is responsible for maintain and make sure that all the utilities included (Water treatment, steam boiler, air handling units, air compressor and H-VAC system) in the company with high efficiency to match with the quality standard as per engineering SOPs and production SOPs to ensure the smooth run of production process. Responsibilities:- Responsible of enhancing equipment performance to increase productivity and ensuring non breakdown by following and improving preventive maintenance program.- Responsible for handling all engineering work requests and follow up until circle is closed and recorder in EWR logbook- Coordinate with Purchasing from technical point of view in studying different offers and purchasing items and ensuring maintaining the minimum balancing if utility items in engineering warehouse department.- Report to engineering manager the current spare parts stock to ensure minimum availability of stock according to manufacturer spare parts list.- Responsible for training all technicians on the utility equipment SOP duly after authentication from Quality assurance.- Manage the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.- Work to reduce breakdown-time and ensure the safety of all utility equipment in the company to achieve the production plan and to give utility machines and equipment the maximum capacity and production efficiency that can be achieved.- Control and supervise all contractors to ensure proper maintenance on time with the quality specification in the contract for each utility equipment. Required qualification:- Bachelors’ degree in Engineering mechanical or electro- mechanical major.- Experience required from (12 -14) years in the pharmaceutical field, sterile facilities background is preferred.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- 6 October City resident and nearby are preferred
