Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of a sales team, set performance goals, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. This role involves training, supporting, and mentoring team members, evaluating their performance, and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes. The candidate will also enhance customer relationships, resolve inquiries, and ensure best-in-class service. Additionally, the role includes analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Strong Team Management and leadership skills to guide and motivate team members effectively Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques to achieve and exceed targets Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and enabling informed decision-making Proven ability to drive business growth and implement performance improvement strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in sales leadership or team management roles is highly desirable
