We are launching our new French account and hiring for Wave 1.
Position: Customer Experience Associate - French Account Location: West Mark, El Sheikh Zayed Salary: Up to 35000 EGP Gross Schedule: Rotational Shifts
Job Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails. Provide professional and accurate support. Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions. Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Requirements:Fluent French speaker (B2 level or higher). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work rotational shifts. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates can apply.
