Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented People & Culture Director to join our dynamic team. The People & Culture Director will own and drive the full people agenda for EVA Pharma Medicines — one of the company's core business pillars. This is a strategic leadership role, sitting at the intersection of business performance and organizational capability. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, shaping culture, talent, and workforce strategy to support EVA Pharma's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic People Partnership Lead the People & Culture strategy for EVA Medicines in full alignment with EVA Pharma's broader direction and ITP objectives. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-driven business transformation. Talent, Performance & Development Oversee end-to-end talent management — acquisition, performance, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development. Champion learning & development initiatives that build critical capabilities and accelerate career growth across the organization. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Drive meaningful culture, engagement, and retention programmes that create a high-performance, purpose-led working environment. Leverage people analytics, engagement data, and KPIs to inform decisions and continuously elevate the employee experience. Governance, Compliance & Team Leadership Ensure robust HR governance, policy compliance, and consistent application of people frameworks across the business. Lead, develop, and inspire the People & Culture team supporting EVA Medicines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred. 15+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture leadership experience, including senior business partnering roles in complex organizations. Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, and leading change in fast-paced environments. Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage.
