- Develop and refine patterns for a diverse range of garments, from initial concept to final production, ensuring precise measurements and optimal fit.
- Utilize advanced CAD software, specifically Gerber AccuMark, to create, modify, and grade patterns efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to interpret sketches, provide technical insights, and troubleshoot fit issues.
- Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns, demonstrating an expert understanding of garment construction and fabric properties.
- Maintain impeccable documentation of all pattern specifications and changes.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the pattern development process.
Skills & Technologies: You'll leverage your expertise in Fashion Design principles, master the intricacies of Gerber AccuMark, and demonstrate profound knowledge of Pattern Making, Grading, and Draping. A keen Attention to Detail and solid understanding of Textile Knowledge are paramount.
