  • The Role
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing offshore tele-sales team focused on the USA & Canada market. You will be the architect of our regional sales strategy, responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching your team to exceed targets, and fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, deep expertise in managing offshore/remote telesales teams, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of offshore Tele-Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives and Sales Team-Leaders.
  • Provide continuous, hands-on coaching and mentorship to elevate team performance, develop skills, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and manage clear sales quotas, KPIs, and performance objectives for the team and each individual.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, high-energy, and winning remote team culture.
  • 2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to successfully penetrate and expand our market share in the USA and Canada.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the team's management of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, excisting client retentions and renewals.
  • 3. Sales Operations & Analytics:
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline and lead generation processes within our CRM.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and create insightful performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Leverage sales data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure rigorous documentation and tracking of all sales activities in the CRM for data integrity.
  • 4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Personally engage with key accounts and high-value prospects to support your team in closing strategic deals.
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and align on go-to-market strategies.
