Technical Skills Strong experience in ETL development and data pipeline optimization. Solid knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema). Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases. Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Experience working with large-scale data from multiple source systems. Familiarity with banking systems and financial data is highly preferred.
Experience5+ years of experience in BI / Data Engineering or similar role. Proven experience in delivering reporting and analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building automated and self-service reporting solutions.
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
