Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled Senior TIBCO Developer with 7+ years of experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW), EMS, and related TIBCO tools. Integrate telecom systems such as CRM, billing, provisioning, mediation, and network platforms. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions. Develop APIs, web services, and messaging-based integrations. Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis. Optimize performance and ensure high availability of integration services. Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and infrastructure teams. Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. Required Skills:7+ years of experience in TIBCO development. Strong experience with TIBCO BW 5.x / 6.x, TIBCO EMS, and SOAP / REST APIs. Experience in telecom domain is a must. Knowledge of Oracle / SQL databases. Experience with XML, XSD, WSDL, JMS, and Web Services. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred:Experience in telecom integration projects. Knowledge of Dev Ops / CI-CD tools is a plus.
