Role Description

Alorica is seeking dedicated Travel Advisors with B2/C1 level English proficiency to join our on-site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. This is a full-time position where you will assist clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring their experiences exceed expectations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, effectively communicating with clients, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored travel solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and managing Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills, including fluency in English at B2/C1 level Experience in Travel Arrangements and working within a Travel Agency setting Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Proficiency with relevant systems or tools for booking and travel management Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
