Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced CRM solutions that support business growth and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrations, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Develop plugins, custom workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows. Customize forms, views, dashboards, reports, and security roles. Build and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using:Web APIsAzure services Middleware tools Lead technical design sessions and provide solution architecture guidance. Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Ensure best practices for:Security Data integrity Scalability Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues. Collaborate closely with:Business Analysts Project Managers QA teams Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development. Strong proficiency in:C#. NETJava Script / Type Script HTML / CSSAdvanced experience with:Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Dataverse Plugins and Custom APIsSolid experience with:REST / OData APIsAzure Functions Azure Logic Apps Strong understanding of:CRM security model Business rules Workflow automation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics certifications (MB-210, MB-300, PL-400, etc.) Experience with:Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines SSRS / Fetch XML reporting Experience in enterprise or multi-region CRM implementations. Leadership or team lead experience.
