Job Purpose

Support the delivery of high-quality coordinated MEP BIM models through effective coordination, clash detection, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities

• BIM Coordination & Strategy:
  
  – Develop and execute BIM coordination strategies across project lifecycle
  
  – Lead BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure compliance with standards
  
  – Ensure adherence to modelling standards and project requirements


• Clash Detection & Model Coordination:
  
  – Lead clash detection and resolution using Navisworks
  
  – Perform coordination reviews across multidisciplinary models
  
  – Ensure high-quality, coordinated MEP models


• Modelling & Digital Tools:
  
  – Develop and manage models using Revit
  
  – Utilize AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  
  – Support automation and optimization using Dynamo


• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  
  – Collaborate with multidisciplinary design and construction teams
  
  – Support effective communication and coordination across teams


• Team Development:
  
  – Mentor and train junior team members on BIM standards and best practices
  
  – Promote continuous learning and adoption of new BIM technologies

Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field


• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks


• Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and AutoCAD


• Familiarity with Dynamo is an advantage


• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and modelling standards


• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
