Lead and oversee all aspects of landscape architecture and urban design projects from concept through completion. Develop and implement innovative design strategies that align with client objectives and project requirements. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape and urban design elements. Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design concepts and secure necessary approvals. Mentor and guide junior architects, designers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and sustainability practices in landscape and urban design. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is realized during construction. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients and internal leadership.
Job Requirements
20 years of proven experience in landscape architecture, urban design and management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing landscape and urban design projects. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and GIS tools. Solid understanding of sustainable design principles and environmental best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience collaborating consultants. Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. Residents of Al-Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October are preferred.
