Retail Commercial Director
A senior executive responsible for developing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in a retail organization. Oversees all commercial activities, manages key accounts, and enhances market position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize
market share.
• Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure long-term
partnerships and revenue growth.
• Create pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive profitability and
competitive advantage.
• Lead sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets and deliver business
objectives.
• Manage P&L and budgets to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is
sustained.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform
strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial or sales experience in the retail sector.
• Proven track record of P&L management and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of retail dynamics, pricing strategies, and category management.
• Strategic thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in retail analytics and CRM systems.
