We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist with 5+ years of experience in the Retail industry to join our team immediately.
???? Job Description includes:
- Developing HR plans.
- Leading performance evaluation, staffing, and development strategies.
- Overseeing HR systems and supervising HR staff.
- Acting as the point of contact for employee relations.
- Monitoring policy compliance and legal standards.
- Handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
- HR reporting and data analysis.
- Managing talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.
- Leading staff meetings and supporting departmental goals.
