Your Impact & Responsibilities:Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle efficiently. Execute mass hiring strategies to meet fast-growing organizational needs. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates professionally. Analyze recruitment data and prepare reports to improve hiring performance.
Are You the Right Fit? (Requirements):
Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment. Proven experience in mass hiring. Mandatory experience in the education sector (schools / academies).
