Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Forwarding Executive located in Smart Village. Responsibilities include managing forwarding and export logistics, ensuring smooth freight transportation operations, and liaising with customers to provide excellent service. The role will also involve coordinating shipments, negotiating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation processes Experience in Forwarding and Export operations Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in relevant shipping and logistics software tools Previous experience in the furniture or logistics industry is an advantage Familiarity with trade compliance and international regulations
