· Handle all hardware problems for all our POS products to ensure that machine problem had been solved.
· Ensure that devices assembly and disassembly had been done with high quality to keep in our maintenance image in market.
· Handle all under maintenance cases within SLA to get customer satisfaction about maintenance time.
· Apply below repair modules to ensure that the machine problem had been solved.
· (Replace defect parts - Repair different Unit).
· Record all maintenance action into maintenance system (Remedy) to get accumulated register for all maintenance actions.
· Provide periodic reports for direct manager for maintenance achievement.

What will you need?
· Educational Background: University Graduate.
· Experience: 0-2 Years’ experience in any related field.

· Functional level:
o Very good understanding of the system.
o Having the required business knowledge.
