The Alternative Channel Manager will be a key member of MashreqBank Egypt's Digital Studio, focusing on end-to-end product development and management. This role is crucial for harmonizing and optimizing customer experiences across various channels and segments. The successful candidate will work closely with a squad of experts, contributing their expertise in marketing, product management, and channel optimization to achieve the squad's mission.
Responsibilities:

• End-to-end responsibility for product development, management, and harmonization.
• Manage and prioritize the squad's backlog, ensuring alignment with strategy and customer interests.
• Propose and implement structural improvements to work processes, enhancing efficiency.
• Keep abreast of market and competition developments, analyzing trends and opportunities.
• Initiate customer research and design strategies for products, channels, and pricing.
• Translate business solutions into working software, collaborating with IT engineers.
• Provide product information to internal and external stakeholders, including the press and industry regulators.
• Support the onboarding and guidance of junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Minimum of 6-8 years of banking experience or a strong understanding of the industry.
• 3-4 years of experience in requirements gathering and translation, data engineering, or software engineering.
• Background in engineering, technology, or UX is preferred.
• Experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, or Product Manager with software products.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration and team leadership.
• Analytical and quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
