Line of Business: Petrol & Energy (Canadian Market) Location: Raya Holding, 6th of October City Experience: 1-3 Years in B2B/Enterprise Sales Role Summary The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex SMB and Enterprise client portfolios within the Energy and Petrol sector. You will act as a strategic partner to Canadian business owners, focusing on both retention (farming) and acquisition (hunting) to hit revenue-based quotas. This role requires a high degree of independent decision-making, negotiation skills, and market intelligence. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: Oversee a dedicated territory of Canadian SMB/Enterprise accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying expansion opportunities. Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting new business to negotiating and closing renewals or service conversions. Consultative Selling: Act as an industry expert, advising clients on energy solutions and petrol service contracts tailored to their operational needs. Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain high CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts to leadership. Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex client roadblocks, coordinating with internal teams (finance, operations, supply) to resolve them. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on energy market trends in North America to handle objections and stay ahead of competitive pressures. Qualifications & Skills Professionalism: 3–5 years of solid experience in B2B or Enterprise sales (Saa S, Energy, or Logistics experience is a major plus). Communication: Native or near-native English proficiency is mandatory (Canadian market focus). Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) and Microsoft Office suite. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of hitting OTE and managing high-volume outbound activity (calls/emails). Negotiation: Ability to build relationships with decision-makers at the C-suite and Director level.
