Hassan Allam Construction is looking for an experienced Chief Technical Office Engineer – Mechanical to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP construction projects, particularly hospital and healthcare facilities, with a solid background in managing technical office activities.
Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Mechanical Technical Office team to ensure efficient project execution. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents for mechanical systems. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and other disciplines (Electrical, Civil, Architecture) to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and healthcare facility standards. Prepare and review RFIs, technical reports, and method statements. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and quality requirements. Provide technical support to project management and site teams during execution.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.7+ years of experience in construction projects with strong experience in MEP systems. Previous experience in hospital or healthcare construction projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and MEP coordination. Proven experience in technical office activities, including shop drawings and submittals. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
