  • Develop and maintain project cost control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor project costs against approved budgets and cost baselines.
  • Prepare periodic cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Track project progress, commitments, and expenditures.
  • Review and validate subcontractor invoices and payment certificates.
  • Monitor material procurement costs and site expenses.
  • Prepare and update project cash flow forecasts.
  • Analyze cost deviations and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support project teams in budget planning and cost estimation.
  • Review variation orders, claims, and change requests from a cost perspective.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, finance, and project management teams.
  • Ensure accurate WIP (Work in Progress) reporting.
  • Monitor project profitability and cost performance indicators.
  • Assist management in financial decision-making related to project costs
