• Participates in the yearly objectives-setting meeting to discuss and
develop the HR and operations directions, strategies, and targets.
• Responsible for manpower planning regarding all operations recruitment
• Responsible for all exit interview collection, validation, and creating the
right corrective action regards to turnover and attraction analysis
• Managing all sites visits and area meetings for offsite/offline, handlining
any related conflicts according to business need
• Ensure cascading any updates/changes from top management to middle
management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

What will you need?
• Educational Background:
o University graduate from any disciplines (business, marketing, data
sciences, or related field)
• Experience:
o 0-1 years of experience in the Human Resources field
• Technical Proficiency:
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent analytical skills
o Excellent understanding of the different job descriptions excellent
understands’ of fintech industry
o Excellent understanding to all HR practices
o Profound ability to perform high quality staff work with attention to detail.
